Myriam Ines GiangiacomoFACILITATOR AND COACH - ROME

    Myriam is an executive coach and a facilitator. She believes that reflection, method, research and constant study are essential to ask the right questions, to thrive and generate the greatest value for all stakeholders.

    During her professional history she has held positions of responsibility in large service companies and in particular in the Ferrovie dello Stato Group where, in addition to working in the HR area, she has managed important start-ups (TAV, DGRU, Trenitalia, Ferservizi) and in large advisory firms (KPMG and PwC). She is Senior Advisor of PricewaterhouseCoopers on issues of complex change management in the Transport and Infrastructure sectors and Senior Associate Italy of Pluribus Global, for the development in Italy of projects of global companies on Diversity & Inclusion.

    Philosopher of studies and passion Myriam has a master in Business Ethics and one in Philosophical Practices, she is a pioneer in the application of philosophy to business and management.
    She has been an EMCC EIA accredited coach since 2008 as a Senior Practitioner and works as an Organization Coaching Focal point and as a Lazio Ambassador. She is DOLQuest Expert Integral and TeamInn. She is Senior Faculty of Coming Into Your Own (international women’s leadership development program).
    She is a Philosophical Counselor and Professor of Philosophy in Organizations in Master II Level of the University of RomaTre. She is the author of books and publications in the subjects covered.
    She trained on systemic approach, participatory facilitation and leadership development at Schumacher College, Presencing Institute, and Authentic Leadership Center of Naropa University.

    In her spare time she enjoys thinking and studying new things, cultivating deep friendships, walking in nature, and doing things “with her hands.”
