    After an experience in Unilever and several years dedicated to the management of strategic communication of national and international customers (McDonald’s, Heineken, Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble), she has combined her knowledge of the corporate world with managerial and leadership training. Her many years of international experience have allowed her to embrace new cultures, acquire new knowledge and tools for immediate application in work life.
    Expert in Influential Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Team Management, Mascia supports teams and managers of national and international clients with great enthusiasm. She designs interventions with innovative methodologies, using highly practical models and tools. Her interventions are characterized by high involvement and experiential learning.
    After a Master in Marketing Communication and Sales Management, she obtained several certifications in Leadership and Management, Master in NLP, MediaActing, OPR (Optimization du Potentiel Relationel), Leadership Academy, Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett Values Centre), Positive Applied Psychology, Emotional Intelligence.
    In her spare time, in addition to sharing it with her 3 children, she deepens scientific topics, practices mindfulness and yoga.
