Giuseppe is a consultant in corporate strategies, facilitator and coach.
He comes from a long professional experience gained in leading positions in the management of relevant multinational companies.
He strongly believes – and has been able to experience – that in any person there is a potential, often unexpressed, able of generating great performances. He is convinced of the strength of professional and personal challenges to achieve the goals.

He is specialized in managerial training and development, expert in the design and implementation of individual and team interventions. Executive Coach, certified by the ICF as Professional Certified Coach (PCC), has over 3,000 hours of experience.
Graduated in Engineering (1983), he completed specialization and qualification courses at prestigious Italian and foreign Institutes. In 2017 he also earned a degree in Religious Studies.
He has been assistant professor of Business Organization (advanced course) and Human Resources Management at LUMSA University in Rome.

During his professional history he has held positions of responsibility in various national and multinational companies, in particular in Nortel Netwoks Italia, Ericsson Telecomunicazioni and Telecom Italia.

In the (little) spare time he tries to do at least some sport and relaxes by reading a lot.
