Fabio is a corporate trainer, facilitator and coach. He is also Professor at the Rome Business School, where he teaches in the areas of Human Resource Management, Leadership and Communication for both Master in HR and MBA programs.
 
Fabio spent nine years working for Accenture serving as team leader, account manager and program manager for Italian, French and German clients. His work spread across wide international industries including no-profit, education, pharmaceutical and telecommunication. He has also co-founded the ALB Foundation, a non-profit organization offering fellowships to African citizens for completion of International MBA programs. 
Fabio holds a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Engineering (University of Roma Tre) and an International MBA at the IE Business School. 
In his spare time Fabio enjoys playing tennis, and creative writing.
