Eduardo is a team facilitator and business mentor.

With over 24 years of experience working with service and manufacturing national and multinational companies in Europe and Latin America, his passion for learning, training and facilitation keeps him enjoying a career linked to developing people and teams, offering ad-hoc approach with each Client.

He has over 17 years of experience in Management. He covered a wide range of positions, from Service Manager to Sales Directors, working from SMEs to large corporations, mainly but not only in the construction and engineering sector. He has also worked as a strategic consultant for McKinsey and Company and other companies, where he served many clients such as Telefonica, Boston Scientific and BMS Technologies.
He is and Agriculture engineer and he holds an MBA at IESE BUSINESS SCHOOL – Universidad de Navarra, with an Exchange Program in Chicago BOOTH – University of Chicago. He is a Human Change Management Certified professional, HCMBOK® PRACTITIONER by IMM in Madrid, and also a Certified Business Coach.

He loves travelling and sports – practiced rugby and american football, as well as skiing (ski instructor in the 90s), padle and today practices running and HIIT.
