Edith is a French facilitator, trainer and a specialist in team coaching. She is also currently an affiliate professor of Event Management and Organizational Behavior at Toulouse Business School.

She uses innovating coaching approaches such as Clean Language, Systemic Modelling and Narratology. Considering experiential learning as one of the most powerful paths to transformation, she also introduces serious games and gaming principles in her facilitation. She advises organizations on organizational design improvement and team efficiency based on trust. For her, letting people meet and share is the key to success.

She holds a MSc in Meeting Industry.

In her spare time, dancing is the way she praises the movement of life and she is a member of IDC (International Dance Council) of the UNESCO.
