Teja is a Slovenian leadership coach, cultural transformation expert and strategic HRM consultant.  

She has a background in several management positions in international IKT companies, being responsible for different business areas from HR and corporate communication to business development which gave her a lot of insights into the challenges and opportunities businesses are facing today. In 2014 she decided to start helping organizations to transform themselves to be able to create the bigger impact.

To her formal education in management she added several trainings and certifications like Cultural Transformation Consultant Licence (Barrett Values Centre), Transactional Analyses and ICF and IPEC coach accreditation.  

She uses her spare time for self-development in the fields of personal transformation, quantum leadership and meaningful economy, enjoys sailing and spending time with her family.
