Pilar is an executive coach and Facilitator with a strong business background. Pilar has been in the business world for more than 25 years.

She has been in Italy for the past 20 years concentrating her efforts in the executive coaching field as well as strategic management consulting. Her primary purpose is to work with leaders and teams in order to make a difference in the way results can be achieved.  Her international background has allowed her to embrace new cultures and points of views both in the professional and personal arenas.

With an MBA from SDA Bocconi University (Italy, 1998), Pilar is a Certified Ontological Coach-Newfield Network (USA, 2010), a Certified Executive Coach (C.E.C.)- Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara (U.S.A., 2002). She holds a B.A. Bachelors in Business Administration and finance, Loyola Marymount University (U.S.A., 1993).

When not working, Pilar loves dancing, having fun and discovering new people.
