Luciano is an executive coach and facilitator who worked as agent of transformation and change in the last 20 years, particularly focusing on developing those organizations which invest in the potential of their people.

He has extensive experience in effective management leadership, working with Senior Executives in Italy, Europe and the US. Luciano worked in several international contexts both in Italy and abroad. Among other business experiences, he was in charge of Human Resources in Johnson & Johnson and Volkswagen group.

He has a MSc in Creativity & Innovation from the International Center for Studies in Creativity (Buffalo State College, State University of New York). He is a PCC certified coach (ICF) and holds the global certification in Coaching Clinic and the Licensed Executive Team Alignment Certification for effective team management.

In his spare time, Luciano loves traveling and observing different cultures.
