Francesca Sellani is an executive coach, trainer, assessor, and consultant with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and organizational transformation. Her career began in 2000 in intercultural training, teaching Italian language and culture to corporate and public sector professionals in both Italian and international organizations.
From 2006 to 2017, she worked at Eni, first in corporate training at Eni Corporate University, managing learning programs for international subsidiaries and expatriates, as well as overseeing training plans for business areas such as trading, midstream, and sales. She later moved into talent development, internal selection, and workforce planning, primarily within the upstream business sector. As part of the Eni Coaching Academy, she led training initiatives related to large-scale change management projects.
Since 2018, Francesca has returned to consulting, combining innovative methodologies with a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and organizational needs. She supports individuals and teams in complex environments, helping them develop leadership skills, enhance performance, and navigate transformation with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
Francesca holds an MSc in Philosophy and History from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, a Master in Knowledge Management from The University of Rome 3, an MA in Counselling from Berne Institute in Milano an ICF and Gallup certified coach. She also holds several certifications: Culture Values assessor from Barrett Institute, Advanced Hogan assessor, Team Coach with Solution Focused Academy, LSS Green Belt, The International Profiler Licensee (WorldWork Ltd)
