Dario is a Change Leadership professional with a long experience in helping Executive Teams and individual Leaders to become more impactful and inspirational.

Over the years, he developed a strong working relationship with McKinsey. He currently serves as core faculty member in a number of internal McKinsey leadership programs. In addition, he is a Senior Affiliate in Aberkyn. He started to work as Facilitator/Executive Coach in 2004. Prior to this he worked as Chief Operating Officer at Sifi (Pharmaceutical family business), as Consultant to the Mayor of Catania for Organizational themes, as Associate at McKinsey &Co. and as Researcher at IBM Zurich Research Laboratory.

He holds an MBA from Milan Bocconi Business School (Milan) and a degree in Electrical Engineering (Catania University).

Beyond work, he enjoys outdoor activities in nature and traveling in different parts of the world, especially in Asia.
