    Claudia is a soulful business humanist, leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer.
    Since 1998, she facilitates cultural transformations in organizations, teams and individuals. She mainly contributes her services in collaboration with purpose-led, future-ready leaders in the Maghreb, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.

    Based on her extensive studies and her meaningful Ph.D. in work and organizational psychology,
    she offers coaching, consultation and online courses regarding a wide variety of topics within the areas of HUMAN futures of working and collaborating as well as all phases during the HR cycle.

    She supports teams in transforming, healing, evolving and ultimately liberating their organizations.
    She facilitates purpose-driven strategic planning workshops, interactive team building retreats, impactful multi-stakeholder processes and inspiring events. Her clients are private sector companies, start-ups, NGOs and international development organizations such as GIZ, UNDP, UNFPA, and Oxfam. Claudia works in English as well as German. Additionally, she speaks French and colloquial Egyptian Arabic. Up to now she worked in over 55 countries around the world.

    Claudia is the founder of human-centered Organizational Governance (www.hcOrG.com) for which she curates the Life at Work // Weekly newsletter since 2019. It was born out of her desire to share with organizational pioneers and transformers powerful ideas, information, insights, inspirations and impulses about the HUMAN futures of work*ing and collaborating. Her ultimate goal is that together, we contribute to the ongoing phase shift and co-create a regenerative, thriving and just future for all.

    She is also the initiator of speakGreen which offers an intentional, life-affirming language
    for the future. In this capacity, in 2022 she became an internationally published author of
    the first speakGreen book “Words Create Worlds: Cultivating a Conscious, Life-Affirming Language”.

    Claudia holds an MSc in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Johann W. Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She is trained in Appreciative Inquiry as well as in Integral Coaching and Consulting. She brings in an eclectic, impactful combination of carefully chosen integral and agile approaches, transformational tools, and meaningful methods.

    Born in Germany, Claudia found a new home in Egypt in 2005 and enjoys life with her husband and a varying number of foster cats and dogs. She is a prolific reader, passionate dancer, and gardener.
