Chiara is a facilitator and expert of team dynamics. She works with leadership teams and managers of international multinational companies and she is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe.

Born in Milan, she moved to Switzerland to study and complete her Ph.D. For several years, she had the opportunity to travel and study learning methodologies among higher education institutions in Europe and in the corporate world in the US, in Australia and in Italian companies. She actually is Academic Director of the Bachelor in Management (BIM) for the Turin campus.

She is certified assessor of MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Step I and Step II, TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument), Belbin Team Roles, and ESCI (Emotional and Social Competency Inventory).

She has three kids which represents her biggest adventure in the learning world.
