Barbara is a professional coach, facilitator and trainer, focused on supporting development and change in individuals and organizations. Passionate about life, she loves to commit herself to support the growth of projects and encourage the development of people.

Barbara gained 15 years of experience as Account Director for important international advertising companies. During those years she managed the advertising budgets of large multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble Italia, Nokia Mobile Phones, Boehringer Ingelheim, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and helping to support their integration. Since 2003 she started a new professional path and developed over the years a wide experience in developing, coordinating and leading training and coaching programs for international companies with a particular focus on Leadership development and communication skills. Barbara is also specialized in CPS (Creative Problem Solving) with a strong experience in facilitating transformation, innovation and change processes, creative change management and teamwork and leadership development.

Barbara has a degree in Business Management, she is PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with ICF (International Coach Federation). She’s also specialized in Team coaching and she took a Master’s degree in Core coaching from Future Accademy. She has attended the Creative Problem Solving springboard at the Creative Foundation Institute and is also certified in the FourSight Breakthrough Profile Innovation tool assessment and Navigational Conversation methodology. She is also an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner.

Dedicated for a long time to the world of volunteering, she has been a volunteer for Unitalsi, one of the largest organizations that deals with accompanying the disabled in international sanctuaries; she has offered her collaboration in after-school activities with children from disadvantaged neighborhoods of Naples; she has collaborated with ICF Italy as a leader of the coaching week in 2011 and as a coach in various editions of the project “The gift of coaching”. Barbara is also a catalyst of Voc-azione, an Italian project to give voice to the aspirations of citizens for a better country and to facilitate their entry into conscious and responsible action.

In her spare time, Barbara enjoys walking, reading and immersing herself in regenerative chats with friends.
