Andrea Masini is a facilitator and expert in strategic planning. He is Associate Dean of HEC Paris, in charge of the MBA program, since January 2016.

In HEC, he is also Associate Professor in the Operations Management and Information Technology Department. He advises private and public-sector organizations on themes related to operations strategy, process optimization and technological innovation. Prior to joining HEC Paris, Andrea was Assistant Professor of Operations and Technology Management at the London Business School.

He has a background in mechanical engineering and environmental management and holds a PhD in technology management from INSEAD, France. He has authored numerous articles for academic and practitioner-oriented journals, and has received numerous awards for outstanding teaching performance.
