Laura has always been involved in the organization and development of training projects.

She has gained a variety of experiences, always in close contact with people and with particular attention to their well-being. After collaborating with an important organization dedicated to interprofessional training, she worked on the implementation of training projects funded by the European Union.

In 2015, together with other partners, she founded a start-up dedicated to the selection and sale of wine, mainly taking care of the Academy linked to the project and customer service management, with a constant focus on the quality of the training experience and the care of customer relationships.

She has been a teacher of communication and leadership for vocational training institutions, contributing to the development of the personal and professional skills of participants.

Laura holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology.

Passionate about Eastern culture and cooking, she loves traveling to discover new places and dedicating time to her two children and her pets.
